Many tasting techniques were adopted on the night, some of you methodically worked your way around the tables, others took the scatter-gun approach. Many took our suggestion and tried red & white wine flights, comparing for instance Old and New World Sauvignon Blancs, or Grenache versus GSMs (Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre). Our staff at each table endeavoured to give you as much information about the wines as possible and we were fortunate to have several wine makers with us.

If you would like to order any of the wines listed above
