Cooley Distillery multi award-winning independent Irish Whiskey producers recently invited Andrew to their Kilbeggan Distillery, half an hour from Dublin. This is well worth a visit, particularly if you have the good fortune to be shown round by Brian Quinn, a lovely old Irish gentleman who could tell a tale or two.
