Our wine tasting at Eaves Hall
Earlier this month we took you on a trip around the world of wine with an incredible selection of 99 wines in the beautiful surroundings of Eaves Hall, West Bradford.

There you are, the 30 favourite wines from a tasting of 99. Many tasting techniques were adopted on the night, some of you methodically worked your way around the tables, others took the scatter-gun approach. Many took our suggestion and tried red & white wine flights, comparing for instance Old and New World Sauvignon Blancs, or Grenache versus GSMs (Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre). Our staff at each table endeavoured to give you as much information about the wines as possible and we were fortunate to have several wine makers with us.
