Adobe Sauvignon Blanc, Organic - Casablanca ValleyTrophy winning (again) and now fair trade Sauvignon Blanc from Casablanca. The fresh lime zest and green pepper aromas encountered on the nose are carried through to the palate, which is alive with crunchy fruit, citrus, and has a long zippy finish.
Emiliana Reserva Riesling - Casablanca Valley
Bright lime and grapefruit notes, citrus oil and just a hint of kerosene. The palate's dry minerality is complemented by its richness and a mouth-watering lime zesty finish.
Tabali Reserva Dry Muscat - Limari Valley
Perfumed nose with deep floral and fruity notes including rose and orange zest. Excellent structure, with a lively acidity which gives freshness and balance to the wine.
Novas Gran Reserva Viognier - Casablanca Valley
Rich and luscious, as aromas of toasted almonds mix with floral notes. The palate is lush, full, and persistent with good balanced acidity.
Emiliana Reserva Chardonnay - Casablanca Valley
Clean, bright, and full of character and intense fruit, this wine is rich with nice balanced acidity and a silky finish.

Red and blackcurrants dominate the nose, complemented by hints of cedar aromas and sweet fruit, and a long rounded finish.
Tabali Reserva Merlot - Limari Valley
Great concentration on the nose showing ripe, red fruit aromas and a sweetly black pastille allure, well balanced with savoury nuances and fabulous crunchy fruit. This full bodied red has fine tannins and a great structure.
Novas Gran Reserva Pinot Noir - Casablanca Valley
A classically Casablancan Pinot Noir, brilliant ruby red with bright cherry fruit on the nose, and strong savoury aromas. Soft, smooth tannins and good acidity combine to form a fine persistent finish.
Andes Peak Syrah - Rapel Valley
Black, meaty and appealing nose, complex aromas of ripe red fruit with hints of oak, spice and green peppers and a long rich finish.

Fresh citrus fruit and herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed which dominate the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. The palate is reminiscent of the nose with great textural complexity.
Les Volets Chardonnay, IGP Haute Vallee de l'Aude - France
Fresh and flavoursome. The nose is hugely aromatic with candied fruit, apricots and orange peel are the first notes that give way to toasted hazelnuts and buttery brioche. A wine with great elegance.
